Celebrating Five Years at The Red Lion!
We're celebrating 5 really wonderful years at The Red Lion Culworth! Thank you to all of you who have supported us so brilliantly over the past five years - we really couldn't have done it without you. Justin & Bronni
Had a great time at The Towcester Food Festival - demonstrating Monkfish with chorizo, rosemary roasted potatoes and apple & fennel salad.

Starting Wednesday 28th May!
The Summer menu is now available and looking good! Try Warm salad of crispy pork shoulder, chorizo & apple with a wholegrain mustard & cider dressing as a delicious starter. Perhaps followed by Garlic & thyme roasted Guineafowl breast with a warm summer salad of peas, asparagus, Chantenay carrots & crispy bacon lardons with a herb crème fraiche -

Chef Justin from The Red Lion team will be giving a chef's demonstration at the Towcester Food Festival on Saturday 7th June 2014. Come along a see how he prepares one of the favourite dishes served at The Red Lion. Take home the recipe and have a go yourselves!
